They met in high school, fell in love and the rest is history!

One of my best friends from college got engaged and her fiancé asked me and another friend to capture the proposal! It was so sweet and I was thrilled! The day of the proposal it stormed like crazy! The sky was black and the wind was out of control. We were all worried the plan would be ruined, but Nick stuck to it and decided to go ahead with the plan. Amazingly, when we got to the proposal site, the rain stopped and the clouds cleared! It was perfect.

Now, when Hallie asked me to be her wedding photographer, I couldn’t believe it! What an honor to capture your best friends wedding! Leading up to the wedding day, Hallie checked her phone every five minutes to get an update on the weather. Rain was in the forecast. Sure enough, her wedding day came and we all woke to the sound of rain. Hallie kept her spirits high and her mom encouraged her saying no matter what, today was going to be beautiful. The rain kept coming, but when we got to the ceremony site, it completely stopped! Lesson of the day, if you want the rain to stop, bring Hallie with you!
